Return Policy

Returns 

As we sell made to order art prints, an order can not be cancelled or returned once it has been placed, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. 

 

Return instructions for incorrect or damaged products

  1. Email us at returns@gustaatelier.nl to inform us of the damaged or incorrect product. Photographic evidence to be included. 
  2. We will send a return confirmation email including the returns address.
  3. You then have to package your item with all original packaging and ship to us.
  4. Once we receive the item we will ship a the new product.

Note -  it is your responsibility to return the item to us by using a reliable and recorded delivery. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Should a refund be required rather than a new product, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Should your refund not reflect, then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
