Terms & Conditions

Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through this website between the customer (hereafter: “you”) and Gusta Atelier (hereafter: “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products

We sell made-to-order art prints, produced specifically upon receipt of your order. These prints are crafted with care and are often large and fragile, requiring special packaging and handling.

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes.
  • We take every precaution to package items securely, but due to the nature of the products, damage during shipping can occasionally occur.


Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We accept payments via iDEAL and credit card.
  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.


Production & Shipping

  • As our products are made-to-order, production typically takes 5-7 days.
  • Estimated delivery times within the Netherlands are 5-7 days after dispatch.
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As our products are made-to-order products orders cannot be cancelled or returned once it has been placed, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage (both the product and the packaging). We will assess the situation and either offer a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.


Intellectual Property

All content and artworks on this website are the intellectual property of Gusta Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content or prints for commercial or private purposes without prior written permission.


Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.


Privacy and Cookies

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more details on how we handle your data.


Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance.
